Abstract

Maxim is an app that has been operating since 2018 in Indonesia. The app offers online transportation services and other services such as food delivery, goods delivery, and many others. Maxim's operations have spread to many regions in Indonesia. However, there are still negative reviews found on the Google Play Store regarding the convenience and difficulty of users when using the Maxim application. It is necessary to have a positive user experience to continue to improve an application. An application that continues to grow will make users more comfortable. The method that will be used for User Experience testing is the User Experience Qustionnaire (UEQ). This method has 6 aspects (Attractiveness, Perspecuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty) with 26 question items distributed to 100 respondents. UEQ is used to enable users to describe the feelings, impressions, and attitudes that arise when using the app in a simple way. The results of this study obtained a benchmark category value, namely Above Average in the aspects of Attractiveness, Efficiency, Dependability, and Stimulation. And the Below Average category in the aspects of Perspecuity and Novelty. So that this application still needs improvement in the application and is expected to be able to improve the positive user experience, especially in aspects that get below average scores.
