Abstract
Human Development Index DI is an important indicator to determine success in efforts to build the quality of human life which is published regularly by BPS. If you look at the ranking, the position of NTB's HDI has not changed even though the score has always increased quite significantly. This is because other provinces are essentially also trying to increase their HDI values. Considering that NTB Province is one of the provinces that has a weak fiscal capacity, this province must increase the effectiveness and efficiency of its budget. Since the last 3 years, NTB Province has been trying to accelerate the increase in its HDI value. In accordance with the research objectives and hypotheses, the analysis method used is panel data in this research. In this research, there are three models used in panel data regression, namely Common Effect, Fixed Effect, and Random Effect. At the testing stage, the panel data regression model does not carry out the Classical Assumption Test, but simply carries out a Partial Test (T Test), Simultaneous Test (F Test), and Coefficient of Determination (R²). The sample used in this research is GRDP, PAD, Labor Force and HDI data from 2017-2021 with a total of 10 districts. in West Nusa Tenggara.
