Abstract
Bumiaji Village is a village in Bumiaji District, Batu City, East Java. One of the activities at the Bumiaji Village office is managing population data along with reports such as population data, family card data, birth data, death data, immigrant data, and migration data. In daily operational activities, the Bumiaji Village government manages population data conventionally for population administration, still using Microsoft Excel, which can cause interconnected data not to be integrated or tied to each other, resulting in frequent duplication or non-recording of data. In this case, the author created an interface design for the Bumiaji village population administration system in prototype form so that Bumiaji village office employees have an idea of the initial appearance of the population administration system. The design is made using an interface display in Prototype form. Designing the visual side of a population information system at the Bumiaji Village Office through User Centered Design aspects. The Single Ease Question (SEQ) method as a result of measuring the level of difficulty or ease of the application is carried out on each user carrying out each 1 test class to provide an assessment between 1 to 7 according to the Likert scale. SEQ test results obtained with an average value of 6.74 which shows The interpretation value is "Easy" which states that the user's goals have been achieved with the result that the application can be easily used both in terms of design and prototype flow by respondents as potential users of the application. Evaluations and recommendations received from potential users hope that developers can create applications that are tailored to the evaluations of potential users.
