Abstract

This research is based on the problem of Islamic Religious Education that occurs in schools, namely that it is still considered rote-oriented, and does not maximize the affective aspects or

say dirty words and do not have good morals with their teachers and friends. This research aims to determine the significant influence of Islamic religious education learning on students'
religious behavior at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Dau. This research method uses a quantitative approach. This research method uses a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using a survey method with a questionnaire as an instrument to obtain data on variables X and Y. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used was the Simple Linear Regression Test to test the influence between variables. The results of hypothesis testing using the t-test show that the t-count value is 3.249, which is greater than the t-table 2.227, so it can be concluded that the Islamic religious education learning variable (X) has an influence on the student religious behavior variable (Y). And also test the hypothesis using probability techniques by comparing the significance values from the anova table with the conclusion that the significance value is
0.003, which shows that the significance value is smaller than the probability value of 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an influence between Islamic religious education learning and behavior. students' religion. The percentage level of influence based on simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 for Windows software. We can see the model summary table value that the R Square value is 0.274, so the percentage influence between Islamic religious education learning as an independent variable and students' religious behavior as a dependent variable is
