Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of life expectancy, average years of schooling, and labor force on gross regional domestic product per capita in Indonesia. The analysis used is multiple regression with panel data. The results of the study reveal that life expectancy for men and women has a positive and significant effect on gross regional domestic product per capita, the average number of years of schooling for men and women has a positive and significant effect on gross regional domestic product per capita, while the male workforce has a negative and significant effect on gross regional domestic product per capita and the female workforce has a positive and insignificant effect on gross regional domestic product per capita in Indonesia.
