Abstract

Students in grade 5 at SDN Dadaprejo 1 Batu have various kinds of problems that occur such as behavioral disturbances caused by learning loss in post-pandemic learning activities, which is the role of educators in providing guidance to students. Students in the upper class, in this case grade 5, are in the early stages of puberty which affects the character, behavior, and enthusiasm for learning of students. The purpose of this study is to describe the forms of behavior disorder problems caused by learning loss in grade 5 students, describe the role of educators in dealing with students who experience behavior caused by learning loss in grade 5, as well as educator efforts in dealing with students who experience behavioral disorders. caused by learning loss in learning activities in class 5 Dadaprejo 1 Batu.
The method used in this research is qualitative by using a descriptive approach. There are 4 data analysis techniques in this study, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. There are 3 types of data collection methods, namely, interviews, observation, and documentation. This research took place at SDN Dadaprejo 1 Batu which was conducted for 1 month from May to June in the even semester of the 2023 school year. The data sources in this study were class teachers, and students as respondents in the study.
The results of this study show that the role of educators in behavioral disorders caused by learning loss in post-pandemic 5th grade learning activities at SDN Dadaprejo 1 Batu has been carried out by educators in helping guide students who experience behavioral problems and learning problems. the form of behavior disorder problems caused by learning loss in these students comes from students who have various kinds of problems and characters so that there is extra guidance by educators. The role of educators in dealing with students who experience behavioral disorders caused by learning loss is carried out by providing good guidance and advice to students, as well as educator efforts in dealing with students who experience behavioral disorders caused by learning loss by providing extra guidance. by means of individual guidance by providing additional hours for students who have learning problems, and by calling their parents when problems are difficult to solve.
