PENGARUH RISIKO OPERASIONAL DAN TURNOVER KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR INDUSTRI BARANG KONSUMSI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA 2022

This research was conducted with the aim of empirically testing the influence of operational risk and employee turnover on the company's financial performance. The objects used in this research are consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling which obtained a sample of 100 consumer goods industrial sector companies. This type of research is associative and the data used is secondary data. This research uses a test tool in the form of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 23. The results of this research show that operational risk and employee turnover influence the company's financial performance.
