Abstract

Pendem 01 Elementary School using curriculum merdeka since 2021
new academic year. The teacher has taught about the profil pelajar pancasila to
students during the learning sessions. In every learning session, there are several
characters produced by students, one of them is the gotong royong character.
The aim of this research is to explain about Project Based Learning (PjBL)
learning model and gotong royong character produced by students through
learning using the PjBL learning model.
This research uses qualitative approach method, and descriptive research.
This research was conclude at Primary School Pendem 01 and focus on data
from 4
th
grade teacher and 4
th
grade student. The implementation researchers
conducted observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain data. The
analysis data through three steps, that is data reduction, data display, and
drawing conclusion. For checking the validity of the data, researcher using two
techniques, namely source triangulation and technical triangulation.
The research results obtained are known thate student Grade IV at SDN
Pendem 01 using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model in learning
process. The PjBL learning model has 6 learning steps there are, 1) project
determination, 2) planning related to how the project is carried out, 3)
preparation of project completion steps, 4) controlling student project progress,
5) preparation of reports and presentation of project results that have been made
, 6) evaluation of the learning experience obtained by students. In the learning
process there was found that teacher using Project Based Learning (PjBL)
learning model with Gotong royong character. Gotong royong character was
aplied by students on the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model with 8
indicators there are, 1) respecting others, 2) inclusive, 3) cooperation, 4)
solidarity, 5) deliberation and consensus, 6) mutual help, 7) commitment, 8)
anti-discrimination.
