Abstract

Tourism marketing is very important because tourism not only sells beauty but also creates experiences that become memories in long-term memory. The aim of this research is to find out the role of experiential marketing in increasing interest in revisiting Jawa Timur Park 3. The purposive sampling method was used in the qualitative descriptive analysis procedure to identify informants. This research uses observations, interviews, and document analysis to investigate facts-based topics. The research results show that in tourism companies the role of experiential marketing can be very important in increasing interest in repeat visits. When visitors have a unique experience that sticks in their memories, these memories can become a strong trigger to make return visits and share the positive experiences they have had with others.
