Abstract

Time and cost control are important aspects of construction project management to ensure that projects can be completed according to e plan. This study aims to analyze time and cost performance using the Earned Value (EV) method in the construction projects of Sansivera Boarding House and Istana Kepuh Boarding House
in Malang City. The data used in this study include actual project costs, Budget at Completion (BAC), and weekly work progress data obtained from project reports. The analysis was carried out by calculating the Earned Value parameters, namel Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP), Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS), and Cost of Work Performed (BCWP). Furthermore, Cost Variance (CV) and Schedule Variance (SV) analyses we re conducted to determine cost and schedule deviations in the project. The results of the analysis show that in week 20, Project A (Sansivera Boarding House) had an SV value of Rp 136,053,317.83 and a CV value of Rp 13,582,467.94, indicating that the project was ahead of schedule and under budget. Project B (Istana Kepuh Boarding House) in week 20 showed an SV value of Rp1,143,181.38 and a CV value of Rp 46,229,335.83, which indicates that the project was also ahead of schedule with low er costs than the planned budget. Meanwhile, Project C (Istana Kepuh Regency Boarding House) had an SV value of Rp 26,983,425.33 and a CV value of Rp 41,845,351.95, indicating that the project experienced delays in schedule but still had costs lower than the planned budget. Base on the average results i of the study, the Earned Value method has proven to be effective and efficient in evaluating and controlling the i time and cost performance of construction projects in an integrated manner, the reby supporting decision making in project management.
