STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN DESA WISATA BERBASIS KOMUNITAS UNTUK PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN MASYARAKAT SEKITAR (Studi Pada Destinasi Wisata Jeep Gelora Adventure di Desa Bulukerto, Kecamatan Bumiaji)

This study aims to analyze the development strategy of community-based tourism villages in increasing the income of local communities in Bulukerto Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City, with a focus on Jeep Gelora Adventure tourism. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis uses pattern matching based on Robert K. Yin’s model. The results show that the development of community-based tourism in Bulukerto Village involves the active participation of local communities in the planning, management, and utilization of tourism activities. The village government and BUMDes play roles in management, facilitation, and strengthening tourism institutions. The development strategy focuses on strengthening existing tourism potentials, increasing community involvement, and managing tourism activities collaboratively. The presence of Jeep Gelora Adventure tourism contributes to increasing community income through participation in tourism activities and local business opportunities.
