Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of work ability and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of the production department of PT. The Glorious Gold Wings number 75 people. This research uses SPSS. The research results found that work ability had a positive effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work ability, the higher the employee's performance. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. This means that the more satisfied the work motivation, the higher the employee's performance. Work ability and work motivation influence employee performance. This means that the better the work ability and the higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the employee's performance. Work motivation is the variable that has the most influence on employee performance.
