Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work-life balance, and job satisfaction on employees' intention to continue working at PT Alam Damai Mitra Raya. The research population includes all permanent employees of the company, totaling 297 people. The sample size was determined using Slovin's formula with a 10% margin of error, resulting in a sample of 75 respondents. The sample was then selected using proportional random sampling, while data collection was carried out through questionnaires. Data analysis included scale ranges to descriptively illustrate the conditions of each variable, as well as Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the structural model and the relationships between variables. The research results show that organizational culture is in the strong category, work-life balance is in the balanced category, job satisfaction is in the very satisfied category, and intention to stay is in the very high category. These findings indicate that organizational culture and work-life balance have a significant effect on job satisfaction and employees' intention to stay, both directly and through job satisfaction as a mediating variable.
