Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among Nakoa Cafe employees. This study uses a quantitative method with explanatory research. The population in this study is all Nakoa Cafe employees, with a sample of 55 employees in all operational departments, determined using total sampling techniques. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires measured using a Likert scale with a range of 1–5. The data analysis method used was path analysis with the help of SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The results showed that organizational culture influenced organizational commitment, organizational culture influenced job satisfaction, job satisfaction influenced organizational commitment, and organizational culture influenced organizational commitment through job satisfaction as a mediating variable.
