Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is an important aspect in creating a safe, healthy, and productive work environment and contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3 on Good Health and Well-Being. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of OHS training at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Malang Regional Office using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and interpretive paradigm. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving management and employees. The results show that OHS training is consistently implemented through routine sports activities, fire safety training under Business Continuity Management, monthly meetings, and annual recreation programs. These activities improve physical health, mental well-being, risk preparedness, and social relationships among employees. However, effectiveness evaluation remains descriptive and lacks structured indicators. Therefore, a systematic evaluation framework is needed to ensure that OHS training optimally contributes to employee well-being and the sustainable achievement of SDG 3.
