Abstract
The research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership style on the organizational commitment of teachers at SMK NEGERI 2 SINGOSARI which is mediated by job satisfaction. The population in the study was 72 teachers at schools. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique which takes the entire population as a sample. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using frequency distribution and path analysis assisted by the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the research found that at SMK NEGERI 2 SINGOSARI all the teachers were predominantly male, the age was predominantly 25-35 years, the working period was predominantly 1-10 years, and employment status was dominated by civil servants. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on commitment organizationally, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, mediated by job satisfaction, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
