Abstract
Organizational culture is a critical element in shaping the work behavior and discipline of nurses as healthcare professionals who play a direct role in patient care. However, field conditions indicate that the internalization of work culture within the hospital environment has not been fully uniform. Discrepancies in compliance levels are still frequently encountered, such as lack of punctuality in attendance, delays in completing nursing documentation, and non-compliance with work procedures and standard operating protocols. This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and work discipline among nurses.
