Abstract
This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of workload on turnover intention with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research uses explanatory research methods with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The sample in this research was Yakult Lady marketing employees, totaling 48 employees. The data analysis method used is a range of scales and path analysis assisted by SPSS 25 software. The research results found that Workload had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Workload has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Job Satisfaction mediates the effect of Workload on Turnover Intention.
