Abstract
This research aims to examine the role of the mediating variable, namely job satisfaction, which links the influence of corporate ethical values on intetion to leave. The sampel used in this research was employees of PT Astra International Malang. The sampling technique used in this research is by using a quantitave method, namely by questionnaire, with a sample sixe of 51 respondents in this research. In this research, the scale range analysis method was used and the data was processed using PLS. The results of this research concluded that: The corporate ethical values variable has a significant negative effect on intention to leave, corporate ethical values has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on intention to leave, corporate ethical values has a significant negative effect on intention to leave through job satisfaction, job satisfaction cannot mediating the influence of corporate ethical values on intention to leave.
