Abstract
The study was drawn from the claim of identity forgery by using the other person's NIK found in the unauthorized occupation documents of ID card, family cards, death certificates, and birth certificates. The process of solving the case by using the contrarius actus principle to cancel and/or revoke the illegitimate documents of the population. The purpose of this study is to know of the execution of a matter by applying the contrarius actus principle to an illegitimate citizen document. This method of research is a type of empirical juridical research method, whereas the approach method used was a legal socio approach. The writer conducted a study by viewing and analyzing the files of the cases associated with the application of the contrarius actus principle to the illegal occupation documents of ID card, family cards, death certificates, and birth certificates. The results of this study are the results of an annulment and/or annulment of state administration based on the contrarius actus principle The author's suggestion to forego mojokerto district that is, should forego mojokerto district immediately to apply the contrarius actus principle to the illegitimate occupation documents of the family card, death certificate, and birth certificate.
