Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine turnover intention, compensation, and job
satisfaction, the effect of compensation on turnover intention, the effect of job
satisfaction on turnover intention, the effect of compensation and job satisfaction
on turnover intention and which variable has the most influence on turnover
intention. The type of research in the preparation of this thesis is explanatory
research. The population used in this study was 62 coffee shop employees on Jl.
Sudimoro The data analysis method uses a range of scales and multiple linear
regression analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has
been carried out, it can be concluded that the condition of turnover intention is in
the sufficient category, compensation is included in the good category and job
satisfaction is high. Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover
intention for coffee shop employees in Malang City. Job satisfaction has a negative
and significant effect on turnover intention for coffee shop employees in Malang
City. Job satisfaction has the most influence on turnover intention of coffee shop
employees in Malang City.
