ANALISIS PROGRAM PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM INOVASI DESA (PID) DI DESA JUNREJO KECAMATAN JUNREJO KOTA BATU

This study aims to determine how the program implemented by the Junrejo Village Government in the Village Innovation Program (PID) and to find out the problems faced by the Junrejo Village Government during the implementation of the Village Innovation Program.
This study uses a qualitative research type. From primary data sources through interviews and secondary data from journals, books, notes and so on. The research took place in Junrejo Village, Junrejo District, Batu City. The research subjects used in this study were the Head of Junrejo Village, the Secretary of Junrejo Village, the Head of the Junrejo Village Program Planning Affairs, the Head of the Junrejo Village Welfare Division, and the Head of the Junrejo Village Financial Affairs. Through data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques starting from data collection, data reduction and data display, content or data analysis and finally drawing conclusions.
The research results show that the Junrejo Village Government has successfully implemented the Village Innovation Program policy by launching the Assistance for Underprivileged Communities program, which aims to improve the welfare of underprivileged communities in Junrejo Village. This success is supported by transparent planning and systematic budget allocation. The commitment of the implementers ensures that activities run according to their objectives. A clear organizational structure and the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) strengthen the program's effectiveness. Overall, many factors support this program, while only a few factors are found to hinder it.
