In this Final Scientific Report for Nurses (KIAN), Mr. year. For this reason, KIAN aims to explain the process of wound care management for diabetic foot ulcers.

The research was conducted at RSU UMM Mawar room on 26-28 June 2023 with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, physical examination and documentation. Data analysis by means of anamnesis, observation, problem prioritization, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
Results: The results of case analysis in patients showed 3 diagnoses, namely imbalance in blood glucose levels, impaired skin integrity, and acute pain. The focus of diagnosis is skin integrity disorders. By providing wound care interventions with modern dressings that are effective in healing diabetic ulcers in diabetes patients.
Discussion: Wound care management using modern dressing methods is needed to speed up the wound healing process. Results of nursing analysis with wound care interventions with modern dressings (moist wound healing) can reduce exudate, provide a moist wound environment for more optimal healing, keep the tissue around the wound healthy and avoid maceration, and minimize pain.
