Abstract

Background: Work stress is a major issue faced by healthcare workers. High work pressure, diverse job demands, and an unsupportive work environment can trigger stress, which impacts the quality of healthcare services. One important factor influencing work stress is work facilities. One factor that influences stress is the work environment. Factors such as inadequate support from management, poor relationships with coworkers or superiors, and a lack of resources contribute to a stressful work environment. Several existing studies have shown a relationship between work facilities and work stress as a component of performance. There has been no research directly linking work stress and work facilities. Based on these existing problems, researchers are interested in conducting research on the relationship between work facilities and stress levels among healthcare workers at the Kepanjen Community Health Center.

Objective:This study aims to analyze the relationship between work facilities and work stress of health workers at the Kepanjen Community Health Center, identify work facilities at the Kepanjen Community Health Center, identify work stress in health workers at the Kepanjen Community Health Center, analyze the relationship between work facilities and work stress of health workers at the Kepanjen Community Health Center.

Results:The Chi-Square correlation test between work facilities and stress levels for health workers at the Kepanjen Community Health Center yielded a significant value (p=0.000). This value indicates (p<0.05).with the calculation resultsLikelihood Ratio 52.1times to experience work stress events at the Kepanjen Health Center. Therefore, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between work facilities and stress levels for health workers at the Kepanjen Health Center.

Conclusion:Based on the results of the study regarding the relationship between work facilities and work stress for health workers at the Kepanjen Community Health Center, it can be concluded that the results of the study show that the majority of respondents have work stress (77.6%) and for adequate work facilities (83.7%). The results of the study also show that there is a relationship between work facilities and work stress in health workers. This is because there are several variables that are not measured, such as food, physical activity, and other factors that directly affect work stress.
