Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work boredom on cyberloafing behavior with work stress as a mediating variable in employees of Bank XYZ. The phenomenon of cyberloafing, which is the use of the internet for personal interests during working hours, is increasing along with technological developments. One of the main triggers of this behavior is boredom at work and job stress experienced by employees. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The research sample of 35 employees was determined using the total sampling technique. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that work boredom has a significant positive effect on cyberloafing. Work boredom also has a significant positive effect on job stress.
