Abstract

Green Giri Village Housing is located in Tambakrejo hamlet, Asemkandang village, Kraton sub-district, Pasuruan Regency, East Java. This housing will be held a second phase of development as an effort to optimize the backlog phenomenon and also the flooding problems that often happens in that area. The planning of this housing will be conceptualized with Green Living, utilizing land with maximized green open space. This project involves data collection, data analyze, and technical planning that satisfy with housing standart planed. Green Giri Village Phase II offers two types of house design, the first one is 36/60 type and then the second is 45/77 type. This housing is targeted at low-income or lower-middle class communities, so the selling price of the housing units is affordable, along with a payment scheme that will also ease prospective buyers.
