Abstract

Housing is a basic human need that must be met to improve quality of life. However, not everyone can afford to buy a house, especially low-income communities (MBR). To address this issue, the Asshofa Subsidized Housing project is planned in Tajinan District, Malang Regency. The planning includes land feasibility analysis, site plan development, design of type 23 houses, and financial and investment feasibility analysis using NPV, IRR, PI, and PP methods. The planning results indicate that the strategic location, good accessibility, and supporting infrastructure make this project feasible for development. The housing is designed with emphasis on functionality, comfort, and compliance with government standards for subsidized housing. This project is expected to provide an affordable and livable housing solution fot MBR and help reduce the housing backlog in the area
