PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN PERTAMBANGAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI TAHUN 2023

This study aims to examine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), which includes environmental, economic, and social aspects, on the stock prices of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2023. The research applies a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design and multiple linear regression analysis. A total of 30 companies were selected using purposive sampling. The results indicate that none of the CSR aspects—environmental, economic, or social—have a significant effect on stock prices. This suggests that CSR disclosures are not yet a key factor for investors in making investment decisions in the mining sector. The study concludes that CSR strategies must be more relevant and aligned with market expectations to build trust and enhance company value
