PROSEDUR PEMBERIAN KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT (KUR) PADA PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK. UNIT PURWANTORO MALANG SUTOYO

The purpose of this research is to explain the procedure for granting People's Business Credit (KUR) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Purwantoro Unit Malang Sutoyo and to handle the obstacles that arise in each stage. This research method is a type of qualitative research, with data collection methods in the form of documentation, interviews and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the procedure for granting business loans at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Purwantoro Unit Malang Sutoyo is carried out based on the regulations that have been applied by Bank Rakyat Indonesia through 5C analysis, namely: Character, Capital, Capacity, Condition and Collateral. The importance of this analysis is so that there are no obstacles in granting credit. The conclusion of this research is that PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Purwantoro Unit Malang Sutoyo has implemented the procedure for granting people's business credit in accordance with the stipulated regulations and also has a solution to action if there are obstacles in granting people's business credit so as not to harm the bank.
