Abstract

The advancement of information technology has led to the development of various digital applications that support community interaction, one of which is the Aremania Utas application designed for Arema FC supporters. This application facilitates membership card (KTA) management, ticket purchasing, and club information dissemination. To ensure a high-quality user experience, a comprehensive usability evaluation is necessary. This study aims to analyze the usability level of the Aremania Utas application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. Data were collected through SUS questionnaires distributed to 84 active users of the application. The analysis results show an average SUS score of 71.96, which falls into the "acceptable" category. According to the Grade Scale, this score is classified as C, and in the Adjective Rating, it is categorized as "Good". These findings indicate that the Aremania Utas application has a relatively good usability level, although there is room for improvement, particularly in efficiency and navigation aspects. This study provides improvement recommendations that can assist developers in enhancing the overall user experience.
