PENGUKURAN KINERJA USAHA DENGAN BALANCED SCORECARD PADA HOME INDUSTRY BAKPIA EKA DI TULUNGAGUNG

Abstract, the aim of this research is to find out and analyze business performance measurements using a balanced scorecard in the Bakpia Eka home industry in Tulungagung. This type of research uses case studies, namely research that uses an intensive, detailed and in-depth approach to certain symptoms. The data sources used by the author in this research are: secondary data, the data collection technique used in the research is documentation with data analysis techniques, namely using a balanced scorecard. The results of the financial perspective show that the company's ability to generate profits from the total assets owned shows an increase and the company's performance is getting better in managing its capital to generate profits. The results of the customer perspective analysis show that the owner's ability to retain old customers from the total orders received each year is decreasing. The results of the internal business perspective analysis show an increase in the yield rate ratio indicating the company's ability to maximize the capacity of its machines. The results of the growth and learning perspective show that there is a decline in the company's ability to maximize the potential of its workforce, thereby affecting the amount of production produced by the use of the number of workers and working hours used to support the production activities carried out.
