Objective: Understanding the relationship between the use of electronic media and
the incidence of Tension-type Headache.
Methods: This study used a narrative review design. Literature was selected based
on keywords and screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The
databases used were PubMed and Google Scholar.
Results and Discussion: TTH is often experienced by office workers who use
computers for too long. As for students, TTH is often caused by using electronic
media for online learning.
Conclusion: Excessive use of electronic media and accompanied by poor or static posture can lead to TTH.
