Efektivitas Tata Letak Tower Crane Terhadap Waktu dan Biaya (Studi Kasus RSUD Kota Depok Wilayahh Timur)

The selection of the layout of the Tower Crane in the construction of high�rise buildings affects the success of a project. This is related to time and cost,
errors in the selection of Tower Crane locations cause an increase in work hours
so as to make costs increase. Therefore, this study intends to compare the location
of the existing (Zone A) Tower Crane with the location determined by the author
(Zone B) in accordance with several parameters such as field conditions,
regulation government, Tower Crane characteristics, capacity, height, range and
price. The result of data processing from this study is that the location of Zone B
Tower Crane is more effective than the location of Zone A Tower Crane in terms
of time, cost and material productivity but for environmental factors, Zone A
Tower Crane is more effective.
