Penerimaan Fans pada Konten Skandal Member JKT48 oleh Akun Media Sosial X “Polisi Idol” (Analisis Resepsi pada Pengurus Aktif Komunitas Fanbase 48 Family Ngalam)

Polisi Idol in X is an account with a background as a JKT48 fan who often criticizes members and reveals evidence if a member commits a scandal of violating JKT48's golden rules. The existence of this account has caused pros and cons between JKT48 fans, especially on the X social media itself. However, most of the accounts that have opinions regarding the scandal case are anonymous accounts so that their validity is still questionable. Using the reception analysis study method, this study aims to determine how JKT48 fans receive evidence of scandals from JKT48 members uploaded by the X social media account, Polisi Idol. The 48 Family Ngalam administrators as a fanbase community of JKT48 in the Malang region are the subjects of this study. From the results of the study, it was concluded that JKT48 fans were in a negotiating position according to the reception methodology by Stuart Hal. JKT48 fans received messages and agreed with the content uploaded by the Polisi Idol account, but with the consideration that it is necessary to pay attention again to the diction used and to find out more about the truth of information before it is disseminated to the public, especially JKT48 fans.
