work fatigue is a common problem in both thr formal and informal sectors. A survey conducted by the international Labor Organization (ILO) in 2018 showed that there were more than 1.8 million deaths due to work accidents in the Asia and Pacific region each year. Gas stations or Public Fuel Filling Stations are facilities from PT. PERTAMINA as a provider of fuel for public vehicles. The operation of this gas station is 24 hours a day, where the operators work standing continuously which also plays a role in causing fatigue. Based on a preliminary study conducted at the Payindangan gas station on 5 gas station operators, it was found that 4 respondents (80%) experienced work fatigue and 1 respondent (20%) did not experience work fatigue, it was further discovered that they carried out their duties for 8 hours a day. This study explains the factors related to work fatigue in gas station operator workers at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Objective: To determine the factors related to fatigue in gas station operators at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang.
