Abstract

Hotel is one type of accommodation used as a building to provide lodging sevices, food, meeting rooms, and other services that are managed commercially. The construction of a 4-star hotel in Ngawi Regency aims t provide accommodation for tourists. The construction of this 4-star hotel uses the SRPMK (Special Moment Resisting Frame System) method as the building structure design and ETABS in used as a support sor structural analysis. The selection of the SRPMK method is based on its effective nature in resisting lateral loads and can increase structural stability and to ensure the safety of the structure’s resistance to earthquakes, so that it can increase safety and comfort for hotel users.
