PERAN BUMDES MARGO MAKMUR DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEREKONOMIAN LOKAL (Studi Pada BUMDes Margo Makmur Desa Janggan Kabupaten Magetan)

This study aims to analyze the role of bumdes margo Makmur in improving the local economy in janggan village, magetan district as a process of improving the local economy to face challenges in the needs of the community, especially in bumdes margo maju. The focus of the study includes roles with the aim of measuring a goal, namely Bumdes Management and Job Holder Requirements, Manager Accountability, Maintaining and Developing Existing Businesses.
This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations and analysis of supporting documents from the Bumdes Margo Makmur Archives. Information was obtained from three main sources, namely the Head of Bumdes, Treasurer, and Head of Janggan Village. Data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions to provide a comprehensive picture of the role of bumdes margo Makmur in improving the local economy.
The results of the study indicate that Bumdes Managers and Job Requirements consist of bumdes managers, financial holders or treasurers, bumdes employees, coordination with the village government, cooperation with external parties, management of daily activities and preparation of business development plans. Then for the accountability of the BUMDes manager consists of performance reports, business performance and BUMDes budget and mechanisms with AD-ART. In addition, BUMDes Margo Makmur maintains business units such as savings and loans, cattle fattening and Bedagung market. However, the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Margo Makmur until now still faces various obstacles so that it is less than optimal and effective in carrying out its role to improve the local economy as an effort to improve the economy of the community in Janggan Village. BUMDes managers also face difficulties in obtaining decent salaries according to expectations, considering that BUMDes is still in the pioneering stage and faces various quite complex challenges.
