Abstract
The Kalianyar-Selorejo road section is a local road with a 2/2UD road type located in Jombang Regency. This road connects the Jogoroto District and the Mojowarno District. On the southern side of Jogoroto, there are various large factories and well-known places in Mojowarno, including the Mojowarno Christian Hospital, Mojowarno Market, and Kliwon Mojoduwur Market. As a result, this road is frequently used by vehicles, especially heavy trucks, which impacts the deterioration of the road pavement structure. To assess the level of road damage, an analysis was conducted using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method, which is a numerical index with values ranging from 0 to 100, where 0 indicates a damaged condition and 100 indicates a perfect condition. For handling, the Bina Marga 2017 guidelines were used, as they are suitable for the climate in Indonesia. The results of this study identified six types of damage: alligator cracking, subsidence, edge cracking, potholes, longitudinal cracks, and loose aggregate. Based on the analysis using the PCI method, the average value obtained was 47.5, which indicates a moderate condition. The proposed treatments for the road include routine/periodic maintenance, rehabilitation, and reconstruction. The estimated cost for pavement repair planning is IDR 2.164.149.730.
