Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of competence and employee engagement on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Inovasi Tjaraka Buana Bandung with 53 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling where all populations were sampled. Collecting data for this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the scale range of the Employee Performance Variable (Y) are categorized as high, the Competency Variable (X1) is categorized as competent, and the Employee Engagament variable (X2) is categorized as engaged. The results showed that Competence and Employee Engagament had a significant impact on Employee Performance, and Kompetensi in this study dominated to influence employee performance.
