Abstract

At SDN Sapeken VIII, Sumenep Regency, in implementing the use of learning tools, especially the implementation of the RPP (Learning Implementation Plan), not every material or theme that will be presented in the learning process uses the RPP (Learning Implementation Plan) in the classroom based on applicable guidelines. Because of this, teachers find it difficult to arrange learning tools according to the needs and conditions of SDN Sapeken VIII, Sumenep Regency. This research aims to find out how to optimize the use of learning tools at SDN
Sapeken VIII, Sumenep Regency.
The type of research used is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach, which aims to describe and describe a phenomenon that occurs individually or in a group of people. In the process of implementing the use of learning tools at SDN Sapeken VIII it is still not optimal. One of them is optimizing the use of RPP (Learning Implementation Plan) by teachers, namely everything that is needed to prepare a lesson, it is necessary to prepare a RPP, one of the teacher's references in carrying out the learning process in the classroom.
Based on the results of research and discussions related to "Optimizing the Use of Learning Tools at SDN Sapeken VIII, Sumenep Regency", the optimal implementation of the RPP (Learning Implementation Plan) at SDN Sapeken VIII, Sumenep Regency is still less than optimal. Based on the 2013 Curriculum, teachers must provide a special RPP (Learning Implementation Plan) as a learning plan to facilitate and expedite learning activities.
