PROBLEMATIKA NUSYUZ DALAM KEHIDUPAN RUMAH TANGGA (STUDI KASUS DI DESA PANCORAN, KECAMATAN BONDOWOSO)

Talking about domestic life today is very worrying when compared to the domestic life that existed in the past. This is caused by changes in people's lifestyles which have a hedonistic nature, indicating that the decline in religious values in Muslim families has given birth to many nusyuz seeds. This incident could have been experienced directly by the people in Pancoran Village, Bondowoso District, which would give a bad impression if it was used as a habit for the life of husband and wife in their household.
This research aims to find out what is behind the occurrence of nusyuz and what forms of nusyuz exist in household life in Pancoran Village, Bondowoso subdistrict. In this research, the method is a type of qualitative research and a case study approach through interviews with figures and indigenous people from Pancoran Village, Bondowoso District.
Based on the results of this research, first, the factors that are the background to the occurrence of nusyuz at the research location are economic factors, because this can make each family member rebel, then there is a continuous problem of nusyuz, then the low education factor creates new problems between family members in the form of poor understanding. lacking in the rights and obligations of married couples. Second, we found the form of nusyuz in the form of the husband setting a bad example, hitting, providing less than optimal support for his family, while the wife's nusyuz was a form of service that was not good, refusing invitations to have a bed relationship, shouting and exposing her family to disgrace.
