Abstract
This research aims to analyze the business feasibility obtained from the Sakuntala Coffee and Eatery coffee shop business in Malang City. The object of this research is the Sakuntala Coffee and Eatery coffee shop business in Malang City. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data used comes from primary and secondary data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The technical analysis in this research uses financial and non-financial business feasibility analysis. The research results show that the financial feasibility of the business based on the calculation of the payback period and return cost ratio (R/C Ratio) is considered feasible. Analysis of the social and economic aspects of Sakuntala Coffee and Eatery was declared feasible. Technical analysis is considered appropriate based on technology, location, business layout and having a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). And based on legal aspects, Sakuntala Coffee and Eatery is considered feasible because it has business validity documents.
