PENGARUH ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, AND GOVERNANCE TERHADAP FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE DAN FIRM VALUE DI PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR BEI

This research aims to analyze the relationship between Environmental, Social, and Governance on Financial Performance and Firm Value in BEI companies. The variables in this research are ESG, Financial Performance with ROA as a variable that describes the company's finances and Firm Value with Tobins'Q as a variable that describes the company's value. This research method uses secondary data obtained from the IDX website, financial reports of each company, and sustainability reports. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression method to assess the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. It is hoped that this research will be able to provide benefits to companies in planning strategic steps for good corporate sustainability.
