Abstract
The aim of this research is to describe employee competence, professionalism, commitment and performance, the influence of competence on employee performance, the influence of professionalism on employee performance, the influence of commitment on employee performance, the influence of competence, professionalism and competence simultaneously on employee performance. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of PT. Mulia Usaha Bersama Pakisaji Malang, with a sample size of 65 employees. The data analysis method uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the description of good competence, high professionalism, high employee commitment and employee performance at PT Mulia Usaha Bersama is in the sufficient category. Competency is known to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Professionalism is known to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Mulia Usaha Bersama. Commitment is known to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance and competence, professionalism and commitment influence employee performance.
