Abstract
The aim of this research is to describe organizational culture, compensation and employee performance, determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of compensation on employee performance and which organizational culture and compensation have the most influence on employee performance. The type of research in preparing this thesis is quantitative research, with a population of employees, especially those in the field of teacher development and education staff at the UPT (Technical Implementation Unit) for Education Information and Communication Technology at the East Java Provincial Education Service with a total sample of 46 samples. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture is in the adequate category, compensation is adequate and employee performance is adequate. Organizational culture is known to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Compensation is known to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance and compensation has the most influence on employee performance
