Abstract

To achieve the vision of education in the Merdeka curriculum, Nadiem Makariem, former minister of Education and Culture, formed a school mover program. Schools can become school movers if they have passed the selection. This study aims to determine: (1) the implementation of the school mover program at SD Insan Amanah Malang, (2) supporting factors and inhibiting factors, and (3) efforts to overcome inhibiting factors in the school mover program at SD Insan Amanah Malang.
This study use qualitative research and descriptive research types. This study was conductated at SD Insan Amanah Malang which focuses on the implementation of the school movements program for teachers and participants. In this implementation, researchers conducted observation, interview, and documentation activities to obtain data. Analysis of research data through four stages; data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using two techniques, namely source triangulation and technique triangulation.
The results of the study obtained are the SD InsanAmanah Malang has implemented the shool driving program since the 2023/2024 academic year starting from grade I to grade IV. The themes used are local wisdom, and engineering and technology. From these themes, students learn how to make batik, make masks, and make solar- powered garden lights. SD Insan Amanah Malang has its own e-learning that can be accessed by students and parents outside the school. E-learning contains teaching moduls, materials, and questions that student study. Supporting factors for the implementation of this program are the community who are invited to collaborate to provide materials to students. The inhibiting factor is the need for consistency from a tacher in teaching. To overcome these inhibiting factors, continuous reflection is carried out together with the principal.
