Abstract
This study aims to describe: (1) Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in Fostering Student Creativity at MTs Nasruddin Dampit. (2) Obstacles and Solutions Faced in the Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project to shape the creativity of students at MTs Nasruddin Dampit.
This research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study are the Principal, Deputy Curriculum Officer, Project Coordinator, and Students. Data collection is carried out through direct observation at schools, interviews, and documentation. The data is analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The final stage is to test the validity of the data with the procedures of Credibility, Transferability, Dependability, and Confirmability.
The results of this study show: (1) MTs Nasruddin Dampit can foster creativity through Project learning on the independent curriculum, where students make this Project a forum to work and have a character in accordance with the values of Pancasila. (2) The obstacle to this is the lack of understanding of educators and students regarding Project-based learning because the new school uses an independent curriculum in this new school year. From these obstacles, the principal held a workshop for all educators by inviting expert speakers to provide knowledge to educators so that later it could be channeled to students.
