Abstract
This study aims to: describe the conditions of work-life balance,
transformational leadership, organizational culture, employee engagement and
employee performance, analyze the influence of worklife balanceon employee
performance, analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee
performance, analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee
performance, analyze the influence of employee engagement on employee
performance and analyze which of the independent variables has a dominant
influence on employee performance. The population in this study were employees
of PT. Rudy Jaya with a total of 82 employees using a total sampling technique
using a questionnaire. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The
results of this study indicate that worklife balancehas a significant positive effect
on employee performance, transformational leadership has a significant positive
effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant positive
effect on employee performance, employee engagement has a significant positive
effect on employee performance and worklife balancehas a dominant influence on
employee performance
