Penerapan Good Corporate Governance Pada Sebuah Perguruan Tinggi Islam Di Malang Berdasarkan Perspektif Islam

This Study was conducted to analyze the implementation of Good University Governancne or Governance in Islamic Universities centered on the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM). This Study was Conducted using a qualitative method, data collected by interviewing key informants, namely the top brass at UMM. The selection of informan was based on the consideration that information head knowledge of Governance at UMM an were directly involved with the research theme. The results of this study indicate that Good University Governance or Good Governance can have a positive impact on Universities at UMM. The contribution of this study is that it can optimize cost management, increase operational efficiency, build trusrt and credibility in the eyes of the public, benefits in the present and the future so that it can determine what strategies can be used by UMM for the future
