Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Behavior, and Impulsive Buying on personal financial managers. This research uses a generation Z sample, namely students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Malang. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with independent variables in the form of Financial Literacy, Financial Behavior, and Impulsive Buying, as well as a dependent variable in the form of personal financial management which is analyzed using the SPSS measuring tool. The research results show that Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior have a positive and significant effect on personal financial managers, while Impulsive Buying has a positive but not significant effect on personal financial managers.
